If you email us, we receive your address and anything you include in your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and manage our business relationship, relying on our legitimate interests or, where relevant, steps to enter into or fulfil a contract. Our email is provided through Google Workspace.

Service providers and retention

Figma and Google process information to provide their services. Information may be processed outside the UK; the providers' applicable data-protection arrangements describe the safeguards used for international transfers. See Figma's privacy information and how Google uses information from partner sites.

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relationship, or to meet legal obligations. Analytics event-level retention follows our Google Analytics property settings; aggregated reports may remain available for longer. You can ask us for details or request deletion using the contact address above.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent.
